Michael and Chrisi Shead have had a heart for missions and the desire to introduce people to Jesus Christ their whole lives. In 2009 they stepped onto the mission field where they are now providing Bible training, medical care, outreach, and team support to the people of Guatemala. Together with their 6 children, Michael and Chrisi prepare the people of Chichicastenango to be radiant disciples and missionaries to the nations. 

At the end of 2019, Michael and a team of six missionaries traveled hours to get from Guatemala to Santiago de Cuba. After more than 30 hours in transit, they finally arrived in the southeastern town of Santiago de Cuba and met up with their contact—a Guatemalan pastor who has spent the past nine years ministering in Cuba.

There, they found that God is turning things around for His kingdom in the island nation of Cuba!
