Radiant School of Ministry
PRACTICAL. PIONEERING. PRESENCE-DRIVEN. At Radiant School of Ministry, we believe that God is raising up a generation of people to steward the next great awakening. Our part is to practically prepare a generation of ministers with a passion for His presence, a commitment to Jesus as their first love, a lifestyle of joy-filled holiness, healthy hearts, and the skills they need to pioneer.
While most Bible schools use a foundation of class time with local instructors and homework to prepare students, we will be using a combination of four things to prepare you for a life of spiritual depth and close relationship with the Father.
1. Presence & Prayer. Build the foundation for a living friendship with God through daily time in His presence, worship, and prayer.
2. Ministry Experience. Learn on the front lines while making an impact both during the school year and on a 7-week expedition.
3. Discipleship & Mentorship. Grow in community through real relationships with trustworthy leaders and ministry veterans.
4. Practical Classes. Receive in-person training and impartation from Radiant Pastors and Leaders alongside guest instructors who are some of the most impactful ministers in the world today.
Radiant School of Worship
At Radiant School of Worship, our goal it to transform and equip the next generation of musicians, worship leaders, singers, audio engineers, and lighting/visual technicians to serve Jesus with passion and excellence.
In this eight-month discipleship program, students will grow in leadership and character through discipleship and training in an immersive environment of worship and prayer, while also receiving hands-on training from Radiant Church pastors and leaders.
TWO PATHS, ONE MISSION
STARTING FALL 2021, WE WILL BE OFFERING BOTH AN ONSITE AND ONLINE OPTION FOR RADIANT SCHOOL OF WORSHIP
ONSITE
Our full-time program is an immersive, hands-on school designed to take students deep into biblical studies, leadership development, ministry experience, and technical training. Throughout your eight months in RSW, you’ll form relationships that last a lifetime, encounter God’s presence in daily prayer meetings and worship experiences, all while developing tools to better equip you as a worship leader.
There are limited spots available for our onsite program.
ONLINE
This part-time program is focused on your leadership and growth as a worship leader. With 15-20 hours dedicated each week to growing your craft where you're at, you'll develop practical skills from interacting with your team to growing in your ability to lead people who are far from God closer to Him.
